크리스마스에 카오산로드

이미 거리엔 열기로 가득하다.

그리고 날씨가 덥다.

캐롤도 없고

눈도 없고

선물꾸러미도 없지만

올드팝에

나와 같은 여행하는 친구들과

손엔 술 가득 든 버켓들고

마시며 얘기하며 춤추며.

On Christmas on the Khaosan road.

already the road was filled with excitement.

and the weather is hot in Bangkok.

there isn't a Christmas carol

there isn't snow

there aren't the package of the gifts.

on the other hand

there is old pop music( Britney spears!!!??! oh....god.. i don't like pop music but it's OK. it was hilarious!)

there are same travelers as me. with Ralf and Marc.

there is cocktail by the bucket in my hand

drink, talk, dance.

2012년 12월 31일.

전주에서 보내기로 결정했다. 우선 짐을 풀고

미사부터 드리러 갔다.

나이 지긋이 드신 동네 어르신들. 딱봐도 나는 여행객이다....

그런 나를 따뜻하게 손을 잡아주시고 어깨를 다독여주시며 새해인사를 나눠주신다.

너무나 따뜻하게. 눈물이 날뻔했다..따뜻한 진심이 느껴져서

나도 나의 따뜻함을 먼저 선뜻 내어주는 사람이 되어야겠다고

2012년 마지막날 다짐했다. 하느님 감사합니다.

i'd decided that i spent the end of the year at Joenju. first of all, i unpacked my bag

as soon as i arrived and then i went to mass at Joun-dong Catholic church.

there are most of the senior citizen.

so they know easily i am a tourist...

nevertheless they were holing my hands and patting me on the back warmly.

and they said "Happy new year!"

they are really warm-hearted persons.

i could have wept..

i've felt warm cordiality so i made myself a promise the end of the year.

i wish i were a person of a genial disposition. Thank God.

하회마을까지 버스를 타고 이동할 수 있지만

걷기로 했다.

이렇게 시간내어서 걸어야 걷는다 요즘은

그냥 무작정 계속 걷고 싶어서 이번 여행을 했을정도다.

여행중에는 길을 잃어서 걷게되고

풍경이 좋아서 걷게된다

we can take by bus to Hahoe Village
but we decided to take by walk.
nowdays i ought to take some time to walk.
I feel like going out for a walk on
so this is the reason why i travel

on my journey, i get lost so i walk on
the scenery is nice so i walk on.

함께 여행하는게 좋은건

맛있는 밥을 함께 먹을 수 있다는것

그때를 함께 기억할 수 있다는것

혼자 여행하는게 좋은건

생각 할 수 있는 시간이 많아 진다는것

여행하며 새로운 친구가 생긴다는것

Traveling with someone is good for two reasons
we have a delicious meal together
we could remember that time together

Traveling alone is good for two reasons
i have enough time for thinking
i could make new friends on traveling

하지만 생각해보면 이건 내가 가장 하고 싶은거였다

그냥 그저 잔디밭에 앉아있기

이게 최고의 시간이지

40hours left before days of leaving...

but in retrospect, this situaiton is what i want to do

i feel as though 1 second like 1 hour!!!!!

여행중에 유레일 패스를 잃어버렸다

나에게는 흔한일이라 놀라지는 않았다

이탈리아에서 파리까지 오는 비행기 티켓도 겨우 샀다

새벽3시 시차에 맞춰 한국 여행사에 전화해서 티켓 날짜를 바꿨다

홀리데이라 한국으로 가는 좌석이 없단다 3일을 기다려야 한다

돈도 없고 휴대폰 배터리도 없고 공항에서 밤을 지샌다

3일동안 파리에서 뭘 해야 할지 고민한다

i lost my URAIL PASS while i was traveling

i wasn't shocked that situation is common with me

i norrowly booked the ticket from Italy to Paris

AM 3:00 i called to travel agent and then changed the date of air ticket to go korea

there wasn't seat to go Korea because of holiday season. i have to wait for 3days...

i haven't got enough money , my battery died, i spent this long night at airport

i was thinking what do i do in Paris for 3days....

내가 하고싶은것

나만의 미술학원을 갖는것

즐겁게 미술을 가르치는것

아이들이 자유롭게 표현할수있도록 도와주는것

즐거운 공간을 만드는것 　

2년정도 전시그래픽을 디자인했고

1년정도 아이들에게 미술을 가르쳤다

지금은 바리스타로써 배우는 중이다

세가지를 모두 다 하고싶다

내 미술학원 가져서 아이들의 그림하나하나를 전시해주고싶다

그리고 나를 찾아오는 지인들에게 맛있는 커피를 대접해주고싶다

그러면 나는 행복할것이다 :-)

　 what i want to do in the future

i hope that i have a art school on my own term

i hope that i teach art to children with pleasure

i help that students are able to express freely

and i hope that i make pleasant room

i worked as graphic desinger for museum or gallery for 2years

and i worked as art teacher to children for 1year

and now i work as barista

i'd like to do all

i'll have a own my art school and then

i'll display my student's painting

and i'll serve visitor and friends delicious a cup of coffe

so i will be happy :-)

그러나 여행중에 꼭 사는 책이 있다　　

- '어린왕자' 언어별로 모으고 있다

- 조카에게 줄 동화책이나 색칠공부

- 그리고 미술관에서의 가이드 　

i don't like to buy a book on a journey because my luggage going to be heavy

but i have to buy some books on a journey

- ' The little prince ' i've collected the book by language

- children's book or coloring book for my niece

- and visitor's guide at museum or gallery

색감이 너무 예쁘고 독특한 구조를 이루고 있어서

신기하고 너무 예쁘고 동화같았다

피렌체에서 사는 사람들이 부러울만큼

저 다리를 지나면 아기자기한 상점들이 많이 있다

정말 아름다운 장소와 색감

기억하고 싶어서 스케치했다

Ponte Vecchio has beautiful colors and unique structure

so it's so beautiful and amazing and it's like a fairyland

i was filled with envy people who lived at Firenze

cross the bridge and then there are lots of cute store

it is really beautiful place and color

i sketch the bridge because i want to remember it
